You can't.. trust me... I'm someone who cuts and has attempted to cover it up. You can't hide it. Make-up doesn't work, wearing clothing over it doesn't work. Anything you can think of won't work. Lying works for a while but they begin to catch on your lies get mixed up and words jumble you will get caught. Some might work for a while but they all fail in the end. The best way to cut without people noticing is to not cut, because you're beautiful and better than that. Someone will notice, because they love you. I know this isn't the awnser you wanted but its true, and thats how you cut without people noticing.
