I assume you mean folder. Just browse there with My Computer. If all the items are grouped together, then click one, hold down the Shift, and click the other end of it. If you want to select out of order, then hold down Control and click each one you want. You can mix these methods, like if you select too many using the Shift key method, so hold Control to remove the extras from the selection. Then press Del to send to Recycle or Shift-Del to immediately delete permanently.
