  2. Log the complaints
  3. Each tickets gets a unique number, date of compliant and an owner who will attend to the compliant
  4. Ticket is then assigned to the owner who is informed (via email)
  5. When ticket is completed, submitter is informed
    1. Tickets still open
    2. How long open tickets have been waiting
    3. Who close how many tickets and how fast
