You can do PE on your period just the same as any other time of your cycle, just make sure to use the right sanitary protection to prevent leaking.
When active you may want to avoid pads, if you still want to use external sanitary products rather than pads try period panties such as Lunapanties which are underwear with pads built-in - they give the same protection as pads but you can't see any wings under your shorts and they move with you so won't bunch-up like pads.
If you're comfortable using internal sanitary products you can use tampons, sponges, softcups or menstrual cups - menstrual cups are best as they're safer than tampons, this means they can be worn for 12 hours with any flow so more convneient and safe to use with light flow. Menstrual cups are best when active as they don't add to cramps as tampons can, and they don't leak like other options so better when active.
Yes the exercise actually helps with things like cramps.
I don't think you should

Nothing. You are just ending the period and that sometimes happens. You will find this happens after PE or when you exercise.

In general, jobs are not required to be an engineer, but a four-year college degree from an accredited university is. To be a professional engineer (PE) requires passing the FE (Fundamental of Engineering) exam, working under supervision of a PE for a specified time period, and passing the PE exam.
No you should not because it can cause period pains and when you have period pains you get less healthy. I hope this helped you thank you :) xoxox Gud luck x
