You can do a lot of exercises while sitting. Dumbells and weight lifting are good ones. Sit ups, pull ups and even push ups (you can go form the knees!) can be done without danger to the ankle. Use of a resistance band can help with keeping the good leg moving and helping to isolate the muscles on the bad leg, using the good ones and staying away from the bad ones. Talk to your doctor, trainer or physical therapist for suggestions. well reast it and when you can move it start to move it like in the letters of the alphabet

a lot of people get injured while playing volleyball for example i was at my practice yesterday and i was getting ready to receive a ball from my teammate when it comes down right at me and all of a sudden im on the ground i had stepped on the ball banged my knee on the way down and twisted my ankle in mid-air so know i cant go to my practice tonight but it should be fine by the next few practices so therefore you can easily get hurt by playing volleyball so if you ever get a chance to play volleyball make sure you have ankle braces and kneepads and if you are really clumsy then you might just want to wrap yourself in bubble wrap just to be safe of injures
