Begged her With his last dying breath because Sammy had just scared the life out of him. Now she decides that she should spend the cash in her pockets because her families having money problems. She gets a camera and discuses because there is a strange guy asking questions about the man with money.
This expression means "in spite of everything," or "no matter what." There is a song by Alicia Keyes where she sings "I'm gonna love you, gonna hold you through it all." She is saying that no matter how bad things might get, no matter how many problems, she will continue to be loyal and faithful to the person she loves.
