To check if you have received Combat Pay or any other types of pay you'll need to check your Leave and Earnings Statement or LES. You can do so by going to mypay.dfas.mil. You'll need to create a user account if you do not already have one. Once logged into your account you have to agree to terms of use. You then click on the tab for Leave and Earnings Statement (LES). You will then be forwarded to your most recent LES. Your most recent LES may not be a "full" one. Since military pay comes on the 1st and 15th day of the month you may only view a "Full" LES after the full months pay has been distributed. i.e. The first paycheck for the month of May is the 15th and the last paycheck is deposited on June 1st. So you can view a "full" LES for the month of May sometime after June 1st. Having said all of that, once viewing your desired months "full" LES you can see each type of pay in the Entitlements block on the left hand side of the page. There will be additional notes at the bottom of the LES describing various changes that have been made to your pay.
