How can you find rockhopper in Club Penguin?

There are a few ways to find rockhopper on Club Penguin but keep in mind not all work.

1: rockhopper has to be on to find him. He usually comes on during parties and during events. you can see when hes coming in the newspaper.

2: Some sites have "Rockhopper trackers." these don't always work but are sometimes accurate you can use these to find him during a party.

3:Sometimes you can just wander on a server and find him. penguins can be telling yo0u where he is but some times lie to get you out of the server so rockhopper can get into it.

4: If you do happen to see Rockhopper there might be a big crowd of penguins around him. You can check this by clicking your buddy list and clicking people in room.
