People are the answer to most problems. Try getting to know your local gunsmith or gun dealer. Or, send off to Remington and see if they have a manual you can get. Or, better yet, join the NRA and get to know the guys at the local range. Shooters are usually more than happy to help out someone who shares their interest in shooting and hunting. Books are always a good source, so check the library too. But, when all is said and done, someone who knows and is kind enough to pass on the information is your best bet. You might look around for a hunter safety class in your area too. Take the plunge, meet some people. Participants in the shooting sports are pretty nice folks, for the most part. Good luck. Well your model 11 12 gauge Remington is prolly only worth about 3 to 4 hundred bucks. Take it from somebody that has been hunting with one since he was 13 years of age, they are durable and one of the easiest to maintain. I am an avid waterfowl hunter and have been all my life down here in southeast Texas where rust is a way of life for us. Lots and Lots of lube and much hands on TLC is what "Grandma" gets. She has never let me down. Knock knock. I agree with what the other dude was saying about going to the Remington web sight and placing an order for you guns owner and service manual. But once you realize how simple it is you will be amazed. I learned the hard way. Trial and error. I don't sugest this. The value is more to a hunter than a collector!!!! It is the same shotgun designed by John Moses Browning (Browning A-5) Made by Remington under license agreement, It is a quality built shotgun. (It usually looses $100-$200 in value compared to the same Browning) Maintenance is pretty simple. ( There is not a lot of parts to deal with) Just clean it inside and out, oil it, and (no need to dismantle the reciever) if you remove the barrel for cleaning, note where the spacer ring was located on the spring. (It could be in the wrong place now) Mine was, or I put it back wrong the first time, not sure which. But I found a drawing and realized that the sping spacer was at the wrong end. Probably the most important thing on these shotguns is the way the barrel recoils for the reload. If you tighten the forearm nut good and tight "EXPECT A CRACKED FOREARM" Most older guns already have one or more. There are recessed dots, and as the nut gets snug you will hear clicks. DON'T GO PAST THREE OR FOUR! You just want to get it snug without getting it too tight. This is just a guess it might only take one to two clicks. I would go with no more than two, unless the forearm was obviously loose (wants to twist easily).

Are there any ongoing costs after the drilling is complete?

Yes, there can be ongoing costs after the drilling is complete, and these expenses can vary depending on the type of bore and its purpose. Directional Drilling Australia may impact the ongoing costs in certain scenarios. Here are some potential ongoing costs to consider: Electricity and Pump Operation: If the bore is used for water supply, you'll need to operate a pump to bring water to the surface. This requires electricity, and ongoing energy costs can accumulate over time. Maintenance and Repairs: Regular maintenance is essential to ensure the proper functioning of the bore and associated equipment. This might involve inspecting and servicing the pump, well casing, and other components. Additionally, unexpected repairs might arise, requiring immediate attention and potential expenses. Water Quality Testing and Treatment: Regular water quality testing is important to ensure that the water remains safe for its intended use. If any issues are detected, treatment measures may be necessary, incurring additional costs. Well Casing Inspection and Maintenance: The well casing, which lines the borehole to prevent contamination and collapse, requires periodic inspection and potential maintenance to ensure its integrity. Regulatory Compliance: Some jurisdictions require ongoing monitoring and reporting of well usage, water quality, and other factors. This might involve administrative costs to meet regulatory standards. Pump Replacement: Over time, pumps may wear out and need replacement. This can be a significant cost, especially for deep bores or specialized equipment. Environmental Considerations: Depending on the purpose of the bore, there might be ongoing environmental management costs, such as preventing soil erosion around the bore area or managing discharge water responsibly. Directional Drilling Australia and Specialized Maintenance: If Directional Drilling Australia was used during the drilling process, ongoing monitoring and maintenance specific to directional drilling techniques might be necessary to ensure the continued functionality of the bore. Water Usage Fees: Some areas charge fees for water usage, especially for commercial or industrial purposes. Ongoing water usage fees can contribute to the ongoing costs. It's important to factor these potential ongoing costs into your overall budget when considering a bore drilling project, especially if Directional Drilling Australia was involved. Regular maintenance and proper management can help minimize these ongoing expenses and ensure the longevity and reliability of your borehole.
