There is a special tool I saw in a pawn shop that is just for that.
I had a 1995 buick lesabre and the A/C compressor went out in the winter time. I waited until spring to replace the compressor. In the mean time, I used a Dayco 72.10 inch belt and bypassed the A/C compressor and it runs fine.
you will find a diagram on the packet when you buy a new belt. there is also a diagram in the owners handbook
Are you saying What it is or Where is it. If what, its the diagram on the very front of the motor on top of the radiator cover on my 92 Lesabre that shows how to install the belt, I answered both questions, bye. It's in your owners manual. I couldn't find find it on the radiator cover either. Chapter 6, I believe.
