How can you find time to talk to a girl not in any classes with you and don't talk to her out of school cause I don't know her well so it'd be awkward?

You're going to have a problem with getting to know her if you don't talk to her whether it be out of school or in school. You must realize that if you don't talk to her, nothing will happen in this case. You have start off with at least hanging out with her between the bell at least. Then start off with taking it up a notch as far as working on social skills with her as well.
