You may wish to check your remote control(s). There is a four-pronged button assembly which is soldered onto the printed circuit board inside the remote unit which may come loose from the PC board. I have had success in resecuring this button with a very small amount of fast setting epoxy ("instant glue") for some length of time, although not permanently. Good luck!
