I've been driving for a number of years now, and the best way I've found to adjust the speedometer is to place your right foot more to the ground and you will probably find your speedo will go from zero to 100 in about 5.7 - 9.0 seconds.
if you are taking about your odometer, go buy a new one and then lie when you sell it, then kiss your kids good buy when you go to jail dumb a$$
