There really is no 'Easy' way to get Bandos Armour, if you are adamant on not spending money on the armour itself you'll have to solo or find a God Wars Dungeon clan and kill General Graardor and his minions for a rare chance on the drop. Your other option on not spending money is either getting it as a gift from a friend since free trade is out or killing another player in PvP who wears the armour.
