No loan company that wants to stay in business is going to loan money to someone who clearly will never be able to repay it.
That doesn't mean it's impossible to get a loan if you're disabled, it simply means that they're going to want to know how you plan on repaying them. If you receive disability benefits, you can list that (probably in a box labelled something like "other income") on the loan form.
