I couldn't find an "Alexander" in LA, so I assume you mean Alexandria, in Rapides Parish. The related link below has links to legal resources in Rapides Parish; scroll down to "Legal aid, free services, lawyer referral" and look for links to legal services. The "Legal Assistance" link would be a good place to start if you have a civil case; the "Public Defender Info" link would be for criminal cases.
For a criminal case, contact the Public Defender's office; you must be facing possible jail time, and you must show that you cannot afford to hire a lawyer. For civil cases, contact one of the legal aid offices in the La Crosse area. Again, you will have to show that you cannot afford to hire a lawyer. The related link below has links to these offices; scroll down to "Legal aid, free services, lawyer referral."

You might be able to find a private lawyer who will take a case for free (pro bono) if they are interested in the case, but they are very rare and they don't advertise. It's easier to find free legal assistance through an agency that exists to provide that service. If you can show that you can't afford to hire a lawyer, you may get help from a legal aid office. There are several serving LA County; click the related link and look for links in the Statewide category at the top of the page for "Free and Low-Cost Legal Services" and "Free Legal Help". Also check the link for "Limited-Scope Representation" where you can find a lawyer who will do some of the work for a reduced fee. Then scroll down the page to the Los Angeles County category, where you will find several more links to legal aid agencies.

Lawyers who will take a case pro bono - that is, without charging a fee - don't normally advertise that fact. But there are ways to find free legal help online. If you have a civil case in which the lawyer can collect a percentage of the judgment instead of a fee, or collect his fee from the other party, you can use a lawyer referral service to find a lawyer who handles your type of case. It's not exactly "pro bono" in that you will have to pay the lawyer - but only if he wins the case. If you have a civil case that doesn't involve collecting a judgment from the other party, and you can't afford to hire a lawyer, contact Legal Services, Legal Aid, or a similar organization that provides free legal help to low-income people. If you have been charged with a crime and may face jail time, ask the court to appoint a Public Defender if you can't afford to hire one. Use the related link below to find referral services, legal aid, and public defender offices. Statewide resources are first, followed by resources that serve multiple parishes, then local parish resources. For Legal Aid, the "Louisiana Legal Assistance" link at the top of the Statewide will give you a detailed list of local offices. For lawyer referral, the "New Orleans Lawyer Referral" link in the multiple-parish group is your best bet.
"Enlace", as in chemical bond"bono, obligacion; titulo de la deuda" = commercial bond
