Prove that this or any other record label who gives you a loan of money / investment aka contract that you will be able to repay with proven earnings you have made & will make. Another road is to come with a major business sponsor aka independent investor who will cover all the costs to insure less of a loss from record label in marketing towards sales. It's a relatively simple business...anyone can record in any studio with any musicians with any song and also today get airplay but the representation from a label is important.
