Depending on how fair your skin tone is, start with a fairly strong sunscreen (SPF 30-60) and gradually work your way down to SPF 15 or less as you get darker and darker. A tan is simply your skin trying to protect itself from the sun, so the darker you are the more protected you are. Do your best to avoid burning, as this is extremely bad for your skin.
Generally exposure to sun increases freckles so i can honestly say that i dont believe (that if you naturally get freckles in sunlight) that you can prevent them. Perhaps if you use a tanning lotion you could obtain an all-over tan.
You can use a spray tan. Exfoliate thoroughly before using the tanning lotion or going and getting sprayed. Any other method will create freckles and later skin damage.
Yeah, with a tanning booth.
put sun creme on
sunshine tan
tan A says nothing about tan B without further information.
I would not recommend it. I have done it before and burned quite badly. I would ask an attendant before getting in without lotion on.
If you're talking about a natural tan, it'll last you a week, don't worry about it, you can do anything you want immediately after getting your tan.
The only parts of the body that get tanned are those that are exposed to the sun. If you are entirely covered in clothes, then you cannot tan. Thus, people tan without their clothes on.
There is no age limit to get a tan.
if you tan naturally without sun tan lotion then the uav rays will over time cause skin cancer
Yes, it eventually turns into a tan, BUT usually when this happens you have a higher chance of getting skin cancer in the areas where this happens.
