Not always. You have to remember - this site is not 'live' - it's a forum. With a live site - there are users on-line able to respond immediately to people's questions. On a forum - you have to post your question, and be patient enough to wait until someone reads that question before they post an answer.
It depends which users are actually on-line as to whether you get an immediate answer or not.

As of early 2013, the site is still in beta phase but it is functional for the questions and answers that exist. Some changes to questions and answers are peer reviewed rather than immediately posted. There is a FAQ page and a meta-center for questions about the workings of the site. There are about 1000 active users on the site.

Why are the answers on this site inconsistent?
The answers provided on the website are generated by individuals on the site. Although the site is monitored by supervisors and others, both good answers, bad answers, and nonsense answers can be entered. Over time, the nonsense and bad answers are weeded out by the supervisors and others. The inconsistency simply comes from the extremely high volume of questions and answers that arrive on the site everyday.
