After you sketch it bring sketch to Nicca and he give you artifact piece.
Drop it on Karu dungeon.
After you beat it Nicca will ask you to sketch the glowing sword statue. It is in the same place as the regular one except it can only be found in a thunderstorm.
After sketching that Nicca will give you one last artifact and you must do the Maize dungeon. When you beat it you will be able to learn Final Hit.
