First, the partially downloaded files and corrupted iTunes and QuickTime applications need to be removed from your computer.
After they have been removed, download a new copy of iTunes. The installer will include QuickTime.

you can go to apple.com and click ipod+itunes andit says download itunes click that and save the file affter it downloads click open file and then ou will have it

If you cant get your files to "drag" to your itunes. then Open your itunes and in the file menu click add folder to library. this will add all the files in that folder to your itunes library as long as they are Songs or videos. plug your ipod to the computer, open itunes, go to the Store tab and click authorize computer.
when the music is in my computer got to itunes click on File Add Folder to library Find the correct file and click open synchronise your ipod and the music will turn up
