Each disability has its own network of helpers and services. Decide what sort of disability you wish to help with. Do you want to help with the blind, deaf, paraplegic, quadraplegic, mentally retarded, elderly, or some other sort of support? There are all sorts of thngs you can do for them. Cleaning, shopping and cooking are always a great help. It is also good to take people with disabilities out to parks, gardens or even just the movies. Often disabled people find it hard to simply get out of the house. Once you have decided what sort of help you want to give, type the sort of disability into your internet search engine. Look for local associtions or help agencies and offer your help. I am sure they will find something for you to do. I would provide you with links to many organisations if I knew where you lived.

Additionally, individuals with severe disabilities affecting mobility might be called "persons with limited mobility" or "persons with disabilities." The terminology can vary based on the specific conditions and contexts involved.
