Are you getting a paycheck and benefits each month? Then suck it up and be the soldier you came in to be. You can't join the military to do only what you want to do....you are getting paid to defend our country.....you should be ashamed for even asking the question...

∙ 11y agoI am sorry but if you don't want to deploy then don't join the military, it is part of that pay check and benefits and college funds that you get each month. I can't believe a soldier would even ask that question.....male or female it doesn't matter. No one forced you to join the military so if asked to deploy suck it up and do what you get paid to do, then when your time is up get out because apparently you are not soldier material anyway...Hooaah
