Concentrate on the smallest of the things you are doing at the moment. Tell yourself yourself what you are doing/visualising might also help . Observe it as it is being done till it is finished. Then take a second, think of what next you would like yourself to occupy with. Then Do it. Keep a track of small things that you wanted to do and as they are done give yourself an accomplishment treat. Like a Dog gets a cookie on learning how to sniff coke. Its basically human nature to learn and accomplishments just keep you going. So Learn/observe/Do-->Accomplish and make it a habit. Should work, worked for me .
