I'm not sure but you can rest for a few hours maybe even get an ice pack and put it on your forehead. Maybe even because you're hungry or thirsty. Do you work yourself too hard? If you do, then that might be the problem. To figure that out you can just go to the beach get ice cream go do something that? Just chill out. Hope I helped you.

∙ 15y agoOh. My heart goes out to you; I had several bouts of them years ago. They only last 10 or 15 minutes, but they are brutal. Some will say the connection is doubtful, but after getting some dental work done I never had another cluster headache. You might want to get checked thoroughly by a dentist-- pay attention to bite pressure.

∙ 11y agoMany people have found that psilocybin containing mushrooms have given long-term relief from this particular type of headache. If you suffer from them regularly, it may be worthwhile to do some research on this. I'm sure you're already aware of the effectiveness of conventional pain relief.

∙ 14y agoif it is a child under 12 they should take liquid tyenol every 4 hrs. and if u are 12 and over u should take tyenol pills, or put on head on on the spots on your head where it ache's!
