There is no way you can take 30 pounds off in less than a week. Best you can do, and keep it off, is 2 pounds a week. The first 5-8 pounds is water weight and then the real weight comes off little by little, but 30 pounds is impossible.

a 15 year old shouldn't be losing 5 pounds in 5 days unless your like obese. any weight lose has to be done with progression, you wouldn't loose fat in 5 days either you would just lose water weight. drink A LOT of water if you want to loose weight

It all depends on how harsh your diet and exercise plan is, but for a sustainable result don't expect to drop more than one pound/week - so 4-6 pounds would be reasonable.
