You can't.
Nintendo has done a pretty good job of getting it off the internet. Sites such as Zelda Legacy no longer host it. I guess your only hope of finding it is p2p.
A "DS ROM" is a copy of a game originally written for the Nintendo DS.
Unless you own a copy (disk)of the game, it is illegal. but just search in google "OoT Master Quest Rom" if you're a rebel. PS. not saying you should, just answering

The game system it is for. The gba ROM is for Game BoyAdvance. The Nds is for Nintendo ds,dsi,ds light .The programs used to play them also differs

No. Its too new for Nintendo to allow a ROM to be made. its really cheap too. you would be better off getting it leagally. -pokeman
