The flu origin is not the contact with viruses. It comes from the fall of your body defenses. But this fall comes from an emotional condition or a fixed idea (that proximity to viruses causes flu).
So, keep laughing anyway, be happy anyway, erase the idea that flu comes because your neighbor has it, eat healthy and any time you see the flu is coming, find any trouble, any dislike, any situation you didn't feel comfortable and handle it with charm.
