If you cannot print them directly, you can probably highlight (select) them by doing a left click on the first word, then release the button, hold the shift key down and scroll to the last word, then left click again. This should "select" the entire recipe (it might also select some extraneous crap you do not want, but we will deal with that below.
While the document is highlighted (selected), do a right click over the selected area and hit "copy". This will place the document on your clipboard.
Now open MS Word, or any word processing program (WordStar, WordPerfect, etc.), place the mouse over the empty document page and do a right click.
Hit "paste" and the document will appear on the page...annnnnd, you can edit it!!!
Once you've fixed it up, if necessary, print it as usual.
PS.: If you screw up the editing, the original document will remain on the clipboard, so you can simply delete everything and start over :)
