You could try monitoring what sort of food you eat, NO biscuits, or Crisps. you don't really have to eat less, just be more selective in what you eat. You could also drink plenty of water, particularly before you eat which will help to make you feel less hungry.

Swimming/Jogging are good exercises for losing weight, Join your local keep fit gymnasium, you don't have to be sleek to join a club, but you sure as heck will be sleek when you've completed the course.
