Using an ultra ball when mewtwo hits yellow is the best way to go.But just incase ditto doesn't work, use any Pokemon higher than a level 62, because they can faint easier from metwo's deadly phsychic and swift.Answerwell i have a lvl 77 charizard and ive been trying to catch mewtwo for about 4 days and on the 4th i finally got him in a ultra ball bye using blast burn with charizard witch gets him down to the red

First you have to beat the elite four and break up team rocket before you are allowed in, also, I would recommend not using your masterball on mewtwo, use it on raikou instead
