You cannot make parakeets fall in love with each other - it is up to them. Also, you need to make sure they are of opposite sex otherwise there is no hope of them falling in love. To improve the chance of them falling in love make sure they are happy and have everything they need - food, water, a big enough cage and possibly flying time outside their cage (if they are tame). Some parakeets need a nest box to breed, look up information in books or on the internet to see if that's what your parakeets need!
