take a mulltivitamin a day, drink lots of water, about 2-4 litres a day, i know it sounds loads but trust me it helps! Dont use heat without
potection or even better dont use heat at all! but if you do use heat try not to use it everyday. Cutting your hair is optional, but to be honest i only cut my hair once every year and my hairs fine, but cutting your hair every 6-8 weeks wil keep it in good shape, but it will just be cutting off what you've just grown, so only cut about half a inch, Main n tail shampoo and conditioner works amazing, it grew my hair 1 inch in three weeks! when your hair is wet try not too brush it with a brush, use a wide tooth combe or your fingers, this will prevent it from brakeing, hope this helps :)
