yes you can. i am addicted to the sims 2 on the computer and u can have babies. you can also adopt. to have a baby you get a boy sim and a girl sim relaxing in bed. then once they both r you click go to the male and have him click on the girl. there will be different options on what to do ie: whoohoo make out ect. click on try for a baby. then they will go under the blanket and do their stuff. hope i helped !
