The enrollment rate refers to the percentage of eligible individuals who enroll in a particular program, institution, or educational system within a specific population. It is often used in the context of schools and universities to assess how many students are taking advantage of available educational opportunities. This metric can help evaluate access to education and inform policy decisions aimed at improving enrollment and retention.

Typically (in the US system, anyway), you must have a high school degree or GED. You can apply to college before you have actually received the degree as long as you expect to have the degree before the college courses would start. Typically in that situation, your admission would be conditional on proof of high school degree completion. Once you have a high school degree (or expect to receive one soon), you can apply to college. There are a multitude of resources available on the web, at community centers, libraries or from high school guidance councilors to help you choose where to apply. Once you've picked where you want to apply, you get the application (many schools' applications are online, others still use paper), fill it out, send it in (usually with an application fee, high school transcript, and three letters of recommendation), and wait to hear back. To get into more competitive colleges, you must have an exemplary high school record (grades, extracurriculars, etc). However, there are many less competitive institutions which accept nearly any student holding a high school diploma or GED.
High school students have various opportunities for post-secondary education, including attending traditional four-year colleges or universities, community colleges, vocational or technical schools, and online programs. They can also participate in dual enrollment programs to earn college credits while still in high school. Scholarships, grants, and student loans are available to help finance their education.
They are expected to inculcate values about community development toward their students. Of course before doing anything, they have to motivate first and make the students aware about their community. Teachers are leaders expected to influence young minds toward formulating solutions on problems faced by the community; how to manage the resources within. Since school needs help from community because of the resources applicable for students' needs for learning and discovery it is expected that school through teachers should offer help toward community. Hand in hand they should aim for productive development.

As a future teacher, my role in the community will be to educate and empower students to reach their full potential, create a positive and inclusive learning environment, collaborate with families and other stakeholders, and contribute to the overall well-being and development of the community. I will strive to be a role model and advocate for my students both inside and outside the classroom.
