practice holding your breath for as long as you possibly can. keep fit. that is very important. go to the gym regularly. jog regularly. eat banana's and onions. they are very good for you. and your rolling ;)

Start by exercising a little bit at a time, and gradually do more and more each day. Pretty soon you will be stronger and have more stamina. Try doing 15 minutes at first, then every day do enough extra so that you start to feel tired. Jogging or swimming are good exercises to help with this.

It's simple!All you have to do is jog,but DON'T over push yourself because you won't be able to even stand especiallyif your big and trying to lose weight! Keep jogging everyday and eventually you will get there.

Run up hills by your neighborhood that is pretty big don't matter how steep..anyways jog it everyday at least 5-10 times but I say start little by little and keep doing it then you can be able to sprint up and it will give you a bunch of stamina and balance
