If you install the malware on your PC, it does not need any passwords as it is already run from your account. I recommend using a limited user account to prevent malware infection, only use Admin accounts to make important system changes, etc..-TrueCoppa

The non-administrator account you are using most likely has permissions set up for using those applications. Set the permissions to 'read and write' (which requires the admin password) to see if it will open then.

There seems to be no way! Even if you have a Paypal account, don't check in to your account from Iran. You'll be banned and your account will be limited. If you think about using VPN, think again, since with VPN you will be signing in from different IP's from all over the world, this will triger Paypal security and your account will be limited.
If you are using Windows XP or Vista you need to be in another Administrator account. Then to go Control Panel, Users, and click on the user you want to delete. If there is only one admin account on the computer, you cannot delete it. The procedure is different in Leopard (OS X) and Linux.
I had the same problem. In my case it was because I had parts of the same game on my hard drive. (I played it years earlier.) Deleting the files didn't solve the problem. Using the uninstaller feature did work.
If the Admin password is not known, it is possible to reset the admin password using the Mac OS X install disc that came with the computer (or a retail version). Simply boot from the disc holding the 'c' key down, and proceed to the Install screen. Find the Password Reset utility (it will either be under the Install menu or the Utilities menu, depending on the version of Mac OS X), and then follow the instructions to reset the password. If the System Administrator (or root) password is unknown, there is no way to reset it. The hard drive must be erased and Mac OS X installed from scratch.
You can't with cheat engine. Use a different program to hack to admin in the game, then change your level using admin commands.
