Use a good quality salad spinner and go through about 3 cycles, emptying water out each time. Then blot leaves dry with paper towels. Store in air tight containers or high quality ziplock bags. Enjoy!
You have to put the greens in a ziploc bag that is air tight so no air will get in and at the bottom of the greens if they have stems wrap a wet paper towel around them to keep a little moisture in them..
