well, you can eat healthy food, like fruit, veggies, and lots of protien. Also, this is kida wierd but you need sleep! you need to " recharge " after the day. 1- 5 year olds need 10 hours of sleep, 6-8 is 9, 10-14 is 9-8 hours, and I don't know the rest.
