You have to start writing it down. When it starts you can make a heart <3 in your calendar and when it ends you make a X. if you are not regular yet you will see when it does get regular and you can count the days.
Your best bet is to keep track of the days that you start and completely stop. If you want to find the average duration, keep track of the flow as well.
