The best advice I can give is: if you want awesome silky hair for the short term put a gloss in your hair blow dry hair with a heat-resistant brush, then straighten with a flat iron

But if you want nice and glossy hair...

as a curly haired person the most you can really do is accept the curls. In fact hair is most appealing in its natural state and well maintained with a great hair care regimen...so treat hair like it's gold! Be gentle with it all the time in every scenario meaning wear hats in the sun and wind, don't yank it when brushing or combing, don't put hair in ponytail or bobby pins all the time (if you must, don't place in the same place everytime)

Eat a low carb protein enriched diet like boiled eggs, tuna, fish so hair stays healthy and bouncy

Hair frizzes and dulls when it's unhealthy

To maintain frizz i suggest hair serum, mousse, condition whenever hair gets wet, hot oil treatments every week, and don't wash the hair ever single day try at least every other day

Last thing..don't dye your hair in any form that is the most harm you can do, like I said natural is the best way to go. I've been repeatedly told that it's super sexy!
