First you go into a backbend then you lift one leg up then push off with the leg on the floor. Next you split in the air, rotate your shoulders and BAM! You're done with the backbend kickover!
splits
you cannot just do splits straight away you have to practise. you will be able to go further when you have warmed up. i learnt the splits by doing a lunge before i did it and then going down as far as i could, to get better you must go far down enough so that you can feel quite a lot or a stretch (and pain) you must then stay in that place for 1 minute (anyless and you will go through the pain but have no gain) you should do this regularly or as often as possible. eventually you will find that you are able to go lower down and after maybe 2 months you will be down :)
back bend
again as with splits it helps if you warm up first, a good stretch to warm your back up is to lye on your front and put each hand either side of your stomach and push your self up so that your legs are on the floor but your hands are holding the weight of your body up so that your back is in a curve. a way to get down into a bridge using a wall. once you are more confident using the wall use it less and less till you are going back into a bridge by yourself
hope this helps
well you want to know how to do a bridge kick over first so if you can do that you want to put a leg in the airand then do a bridge with leg in air and kick and also look it up on YouTube
It's not possible to learn how to do a backbend walkover in just ONE DAY. It takes hard work, concentration, and dedication. If you really want to learn how to do a backbend walkover, follow these steps. * Master to do a perfect backbend * Once you can do that, give it ago!
yes
well I'm in level 2 and i cant't do a straddle split hand stand. So you should probably be in 2 or 3.
Well box splits are a Lot harder than side splits, box splits is about the stretching in your thighs and your muscles, to do this you must stretch a Lot and go down in box splits as far as you can and sit in it for 10seconds this may occur each day/night you do it. Or.. Only stretch your legs try lifting your legs as high as you can, maybe start gymnastics and learn from them. You can't do box splits, I mean learn to do them, it's how flexible and supple you are... Hope I helped
Learn how to spell, then maybe someone will answer.
No! All you need is practice. It has to be built up to over a period of time to avoid injury,
no...it takes your body about a minute for your legs to really get used to it. if you do the right and left and middle splits all for 1:30, you should be able 2 do it within a week or so!
There is really no average time . It all depends on four things. First , how fast you learn tricks. Second, how much dedication you put into learning the trick. Third ,If you are willing to practice your tricks. Fourth you must know other tricks before you can learn your back handspring. Like when you first begin you learn your forward roll then the straddle roll. After that, you will need to learn a back bend on the ground along with learning a handstand and a cartwheel. After you get your back bend on the ground you will work on a standing backbend, along with a hand stand snap down and a cart wheel click .If you can stop in your cartwheel you learn a standing backbend you will have to learn how to come up without rocking out of your backbend. Once you get that, you will learn a frontlimber and a backwalkover and maybe a front walkover. After that, you can learn your back handspring. But you cant just start on the ground. First, you have to be spotted on the top of the wedge. After you get that, you have to be able to do a back handspring on the top of the wedge by yourself, then you move down to the middle, then the bottom, and finally on the ground. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SPOTTER WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND KNOWS HOW TO DO A BACKHANDSPRING. Sorry if this wasn't the kind of answer you were looking for and if it doesn't help.
It is possible if you put your heart into learning it.
well i know I'm fat but if you keep trying and trying everyday you will get it.
Stomache, side, and sometimes your back will hurt!
Not particularly. You have to be a tiny bit flexible, but mostly you have to get the strength and control down.
