How can you learn to like piercings your girlfriend likes them and wants some but they make you feel sick and angry if they touch you you know that you cant handle that feeling every day?

It sounds like you are saying the piercings could ruin your relationship.
You have to understand firstly, that she has the right to do what she wants with her body, piercings or not.
Ask yourself why you feel the way you do about the piercings: have you had a bad experience with them in the past, do they look like they hurt - have you just never been around them before? What, exactly about them, makes you feel the way you do?
Most important, sit down and have a conversion with your girlfriend about how you feel about them, it makes you sick and angry - and why
(as you see it) - she needs to at least be aware of it, even if she chooses to go do so anyway. Don't put her down for that choice just because it may be against your feelings about piercings.
If she does go through with the piercing, after it's healed and if she says its okay - try little steps like to touch/taste it, look at it, don't avoid it, ask any questions about the piercing that comes to mind - so you can relax around it and her. New things are going to happen every day of your life, that's life - and you won't like every one of them.
It sounds like you really like her, put that first. If you can not, that is another thing altogether.
