One way to decrease sugar in your diet is to eliminate processed foods. Obviously no Twinkies or Little Debbie snacks. Also eliminate all soda and sports drinks... they have an excessive amount of sugar. Try to only eat whole grains as your body takes longer to turn these into sugar, and they give you more energy and more fullness than processed grains and cereals.
