7.do not commit adultery
8.do not steal
9.do not bear false witness against your neighbor
10.do not covet your neighbor's house.
Also do not comit lust, gluttony, greed, laziness, wrath, envy, pride. For those are the seven deadly sins.

Some of the sacred writings of the major religions contain guidance to ethical conduct, but of course, you can not carry these around with you everywhere.
The greatest barrier to living a moral or ethical life is probably short-term self-interest. So you have to choose between this and the long term benefit of ethical conduct, not only for others but for yourself.

Galatians 5:16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
