You can lose 10 kg in the quickest by:

-Running everyday (challenge yourself)

-Eating less and more often, eat every 3hours little amounts which are high in protein, not much carbs.

-weight training

-join a sport club at local sport centre or gym. gyms often do free classes

-most importantly motivate yourself or get a friend to do it

-your goal is to lose 10 kg. never forget that
