Eat smaller meals. Eat pure protein, no carbs, plenty on water, green veggies. Work out 3 times a day, 1hr cardio twice a day followed by 1hr light weight training, high reps, high sets, low resting time in between. You can do it!!

For 4 days, a good goal is 1.0-1.5 lb. That'd be a healthy and sustainable weight loss rate.
