15 weeks = roughly 4 months.

I doubt it, unless if you starve yourself and/or run flat out 30 minutes a day (pushing it).

Depends on your body; if you have a lot of trans fat ("sticky fat", as I like to call it), it may be impossible. If you have a lot of muscle, then yes (seeing as muscle loses potency if not used regularly).

Though it may seem impossible, theoretically it is possible.
