Yes, but it's difficult.
to become a lifetime member, you must hit your goal weight and maintain that weight for six weeks.
probably around 3 weeks. Good luck!
No, it wouldn't be healthy. The most you are supposed to lose in 2 weeks is about 5 pounds, give or take a couple. When I first started doing weight watchers, I was hungry all the time for the first week, and I only lost 2.5 pounds (the 2nd week I was not as hungry, and I lost the same). It also depends on your body and what you are doing for exercise. I exercise a lot and the 3rd week I did weight watchers, I gained 2 pounds, and then the 4th week I lost them again. Sometimes weight will fluctuate like that when you diet & exercise, so it's not going to just come off the way that you want it to. My goal is also to lose 15 pounds...I've been doing weight watchers and exercising regularly for about 6 weeks, and I've lost 7.5 pounds total. Having a weight loss goal is great, but make sure to give yourself a realistic timeline or you might give up too quickly.
Weight Watchers is not a lose-weight-quick diet. Rather, this program focuses on lifestyle changes that are sustainable and lead to losing weight and keeping it off for good. That said, many participants find that they lose 3-4 or even 5 pounds in the first few weeks of this program.
The other way to lose 10 pounds without exercise is by watching the amount and kinds of foods you take in. If you properly keep track of your calorie intake you can lose ten pounds sitting on your butt the whole time. I just lost 15 pounds on weight watchers (which is an easier way of calorie counting) and I did little to no exersize. It took me 6 weeks to do so... but now it should stay off because I lost the weight properly and slowly.
Your weight loss depends on how you are focused or discipline about your weight loss and what methods you are using if you are just doing a workout you will lose 1 pound a week and that results are very boring. Here are my exact methods How I lose 90 lbs in just 2 weeks know more: linktr .ee/San14
1 to 2 pounds a weeks is a healthy rate to lose weight. The first few weeks will certainly be much faster, as much as 5 pounds or so. But you didn't gain all the weight in a few weeks, so don't expect to lose it in a few weeks.
There is no healthy two-week diet on the market. The recommend weight loss is 2 pounds per week. Anymore than that can become damaging. You are better off sticking with something like Weight Watchers, which takes longer but is very effective.
About 25-30 pounds
You cannot by any natural means lose 51 pounds in two weeks. It takes time to lose weight.
