Mainly impossible. It is slightly possible, but you would have to exercise 2-3 times a day and go for 35 - 60 minutes on each exercise period. Drinking soda, eating junk food, candies & desserts while attempting to lose weight will immediately earn you back 200 - 1,000 + calories (depends on what it is).
